Returns & Exchanges

At Rainbow & Co, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
